De Minimis Update (August 2025)
The US De Minimis exemption (Section 321, $800 threshold) was suspended effective August 29, 2025. All commercial shipments from Colombia now require formal CBP entry. The US-Colombia FTA remains active, providing 0% duty on most qualifying Colombian products.
